Mental Health issues has been on the rise. It affects people of all ages, race, and status. Many suffer in silence and alone. While others have support or are able to get the help that they need. In the world we live in with every thing that has happened, that is going on, and that is to come. We all sometimes just need a reminder that we are all different and experiencing life in different ways. Being kind could actually make someone's day or even save a life.
